/ Project Overview

We partnered with TiE- The Indus Entrepreneurs to amplify the Foodpreneurs Event, a large-scale gathering of food entrepreneurs held at IIM Nagpur. The event aimed to connect, inspire, and empower food business owners, while creating a platform for networking, learning, and showcasing innovation in the food sector.

 

Our role was to manage the event’s end-to-end digital presence, including performance marketing, social media strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn, influencer collaborations, and full-scale content production. The goal was to drive registrations, engagement, and awareness while positioning the event as the go-to platform for food entrepreneurs.

/ Challenges

  • Driving registrations and awareness for a large-scale, niche event in a highly competitive market.

  • Showcasing the value and scale of the event to a mix of emerging and established food entrepreneurs.

  • Coordinating influencer and social campaigns to reach the right audience and drive engagement quickly.

/ Objectives

  • Build a strong social media presence for the event on Instagram and LinkedIn, aligned with TiE’s premium and professional brand identity.

  • Execute performance marketing campaigns to maximize registrations and reach among relevant entrepreneurs.

  • Collaborate with influencers to increase visibility, credibility, and excitement around the event.

  • Produce engaging, scalable content (reels, posts, stories, LinkedIn creatives) to showcase speakers, sessions, and event highlights.

  • Drive community engagement and awareness to establish Foodpreneurs as a flagship event for food entrepreneurs in India.
