Challenges & Objectives

/ Project Overview

We partnered with Food Entrepreneurs Summit 2025, one of the most impactful gatherings of India’s food and business ecosystem, to create and execute a 360° marketing campaign. From digital storytelling to offline brand presence, our team at The Social Tatva built an ecosystem that helped amplify the event’s voice before, during, and after its grand execution.

Our goal was clear: create marketing that grabs attention, brings in registrations, drives engagement, and makes the event unforgettable.

/ Challenges

  • Building excitement and credibility for a first-of-its-kind large-scale event in the region.

  • Creating both mass-reach campaigns and personalized touchpoints to appeal to entrepreneurs, investors, and food enthusiasts alike.

  •  Balancing the diverse needs of offline presence (printables, venue branding) with a robust digital footprint that positioned the summit as premium yet accessible.

/ Objectives

  • Deliver a comprehensive marketing kit that covered every brand touchpoint, from hoardings to tote bags.

  • Establish buzz and awareness through social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and digital ads.

  • Ensure seamless event branding and identity, with cohesive visual storytelling across all platforms and on-ground assets.

/ Execution

Our scope included the entire range of digital and offline marketing deliverables:

  • Brand Kit & Language: Designed a consistent brand language and comprehensive kit that unified the event’s look and feel across digital and physical formats.

  • Digital Assets: Instagram campaigns, LinkedIn presence, influencer collaborations, and engaging ad creatives.

  • Performance Marketing: Paid ad campaigns across platforms focused on awareness, engagement, and lead generation for registrations.

  • Print & On-Ground Branding: Hoardings, standees, badges, tote bags, T-shirts, event kits, and small printables that enhanced the on-ground experience.

  • Content & Presentations: Strategic decks, motion graphics, and compelling copy to showcase speakers, partners, and sponsors.

The result was a well-rounded, high-impact brand experience where every attendee touchpoint reflected the summit’s identity of innovation, networking, and growth.
